I wouldn't worry too much about gauging the effectiveness of your TRT by your morning wood...that's not a good indicator and doesn't mean much. Morning erections are blood flow related more so than anything else. I've rarely in my life had consistent morning erections. I've yet to have any ED troubles in my life, my test levels are good but still morning wood normally doesn't exist. All that matters is the ability to get it up when you need/want to.
More importantly, two things - one month isn't a lot of time. Many tend to expect a lot in one month of TRT but that's rarely going to be the case. Patience, consistency and fine tuning are all important. Secondly, you haven't mentioned anything about blood work since your original starting point. Probably a good idea to get some blood work done sometime between now and the next few weeks. Generally 5-8wks into TRT is a good place to check things out IMO.
Lastly, I'm curious as to why your doctor RX'd you oxandrolone too. In a 1.5hr meeting, which is ridiculously long, I'm surprised he didn't give a reason.
