hey guys, curious to know from the experts whats the most effective way to lower body fat after a bulk cycle. I am an ectomorph and gain size with a lot of hard work, I am currently at 26% bf at 211lbs 6'2 eating around 3500 calories a day to maintain my new weight. how can I slim down without losing much muscle?

I wouldn't be in a huge hurry to lose weight post cycle. In some ways you need to just keep doing what your doing for a month or so post cycle while your body is adjusting.

are you doing PCT? I been told keep bulking until after PCT, then cut so you don't lose as much muscle

I would drop my calories down to 300 over surplus a day while on pct and then at the end of pct adjust my macros for maintenance at your new weight and stay there for a while. How long? I don't know your body but post cycle training will be lighter and not as intense while you recover so I would wait a minimum two months after pct to cut ...... But that's me.

26% is way high to start a cycle. You're probably going to run into gyno issues. Body fat and exogenous Test doesn't seem to mix well. You should get on a strict eating regiment for several months and drop your body fat near 15% to minimize the risk of adverse sides from the cycle.
