heres the real advice...
go do cardio.... lose as much BF before you start AAS
if that fails go on t3+clen
bring bf down and then add AAS to get bigger
you wont lose fat and bulk (add muscle at the same time)
if you do this your just gonna get fatter while adding muscle
or you either trim down and cut the AAS will help you cut but you wont be building/adding muscle
the AAS will help you spare muscle lose however when in a calorie deficit
