    "Tricking" the body into preventing stimulant tolerance

    There is no doubt that if you want to make sure caffeine and all other stimulants keep working their "magic," you need to take time off for the body to reset. However, I am curious if you guys know anything you can do/take to help prevent the buildup of tolerance that inevitably happens.

    For example, an ECA stack with the added aspirin has the theory of heart health and preventing the stims from losing their potency as fast. I still don't quite understand the mechanism behind this (if anyone would be willing to clarify) but are there any other ways of making your stims last longer? Thanks

    Obviously if you are a heavy coffee drinker and taking pre workout or caffeine pills on the side that may be a bit to much. you could be going up over like 600mg s of caffeine a day which is a fair amount. I could probably use a cup of coffee in the morning just to get my body awake and focused but I don't want to lose the benefit of the caffeine when I really need it which is when I am in the gym. Will hit much harder if you limit caffeine to like 4 times a week,
