From what I've read 300-400mgs of tren is the equivalent to 2 grams of test do the math
I was on 200mg tren e and after about 6 weeks my strength got pretty decent. I wasn't training for strength but I did get 315 for 2 on bench and almost did a clean 325, just a bit of help at the bottom. I have only done 315 once or twice the one time I was on tren too. I did notice my muscular endurance was way up too, just watch your joints though, they don't get stronger.
