When should I start taking arimidex while stacking Dbol and test. During the cycle or towards the end of the cycle?

Thanks. And what are serms? A buddy of mine who has been using steroids for a good amount of time uses AI towards the end of the cycle I just wanted to get some other inputs

I'm running my first cycle right now and I started adex on week one. I'm doing .25mg every other day and I'm doing pretty good.
