Pct for Test E cycle help

Hey guys I am finishing off on a short cycle of test e I was taking 300 mg a week for 3 weeks and I currently weigh about 180 6'1
My pct is
CLomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

I was wondering if this would be enough for the cycle I was on for . Also I have been getting cold and hot off and on are these sides from test e?

Taper down the dosage each week as if you were coming off.
So clomid 50/50/25/25 and nolva 40/20/20/10
Not sure what's causing your hot/cold issue? Possible cold or flu
you could probably get away with 3 week pct but I would still get some blood work in 8 weeks to check all your levels

The hot and cold is from your hormones being out of balance and yes the low dose pct should be fine tapered
