    First cycle advice test prop

    Current stats : 6foot 210lbs roughy 18%

    After the new year I am planing the following :
    10 week cut
    Then a 8 week cycle test prop at 150eod.

    My question is will I be able to get lean enough naturally that when I finished my cycle I will still have definition and look ripped ? I will be eating clean and tracking macros .

    Alternatively I thought of cutting naturally to 10% then extending the test cycle to 10 weeks and continue to cut the first 4 weeks then change to a calorie excess for 6 weeks to build as much muscle as I can .

    I then plan on doin a 4 week pct of Nolva and clomid with that to finish the day before I go on holiday ?

    Your BF is a little high so on that I would say cut naturally and assess after that.good luck

    Diet is key here at 18% BF your going to see your next results with a proper diet. Try to get down to a natural 12-14% BF then use the sauce to get ripped in no the single digits.

    You design a cycle and diet according to your goals.
    You never cut after a cycle especially in pct because you will kiss your gains good bye.
    Cut now then cycle with a calorie surplus (clean calories) to gain as much as possible.

    A cut or "prime" before your cycle is wise so that when you gain some fat on your bulk you don't have as much to lose down the road. After your cycle and pct is completed you will need to eat at maintenance for your new body weight. That is why losing some fat pre cycle is beneficial so you aren't as tempted to want to cut and are comfortable at that weight.

    Here is my cycle proposall:

    Week 1 to 5: Test prop 300mg per week. (100mg EOD)
    Week 1 to 5: Anavar 80mg a day
    Week 2 to 5: hCG 1000iu IU weekly
