My friend the diet section we have would serve you best at this point. Learning how to correctly eat will help you out immensely.
You got to eat and eat more.
Steroids are not going to help you need to eat 4k plus clean calories a day
You should wait till you are 25 and reached your natural limits
What do you recommend food wise? I was on a diet plan for about 8 months and after I noticed no gains at all I gave up.
Visit nutrition section read stickies there and post your diet with goals, the gurus will adjust it where needed
