I haven't tried many things and not for long enough but fish oil has always worked great and the peptide TB-500 is amazing for it.

Truthfully there is no one thing solution to this problem, you pretty much have to try all recommendations and see what works for you. My latest success story is therapy with kt tape along with icing, supplement eyc... For me NAC and L-Arginene taken together after my first meal takes allot of pain away, if i miss one day i feel it.

Any kind of vasodilator will help. Attaining more omega 3 in the diet will do wonders. Sardines are the best source around per serving. Making sure your always adequately hydrated. Foam rolling may help as well.

    Those helped me a lot:
    Glucosamine
    Chondroitin
    MSM
    Hydrolyzed Collagen

    I've tried almost everything.

THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE COMPOUND OUT THERE IS MSM

    5lbs for $33

This will last you about a year and a half

    5 grams a day forever..........

Help improve collegen synthesis and is a mild anti-inflammatory

chondroitin is expensive and not nearly as good. in fact, I don't think it's very good at all

the msm is a 5 grams minimum. it takes a bout a month or so to kick in.

I've been taking msm over 17 years........

MSM is phenomenal and online you can buy glucosamine hydrochloride, much cheaper and much more effective than any other kind. Also relatively unknown is glutamine for joint pain. Works pretty well.

Thank you for all the help and feedback guys ! I think I'm definantly going to give the Msm a shot. It's super cheap and apparently works so it's worth a try.

Just dont get it in powder form thinking you can mix it. I got 2 containers a few years back. I dont cringe to bad taste easily but I just could not stomach this stuff, it's nasty. Also it quickly turns bad, solid once it's opened. Even my un opened one turned back/solid after a couple of months when I checked it.

Just normal flaxseed oil from Walmart made a big difference for me

Guys, I've complained from similar pains for years, tried everything you guys listed, nothing really worked (not saying it doesn't work, just for me it didn't), and finally recently a doc told me my magnesium was on the low side. There is no reliable magnesium test as it resides in flesh not blood, but rest assured over 80% of the population is insufficient with magnesium, most likely you all are too. Anyway long story short, i been taking over the counter cheap magnesium for about a month and WOW what a difference it made! Give it a shot, you never know, it might be your answer.
