I am 5'10'' tall and weigh about 198 pounds
and I am 21 years old
I am planning a carb cycling and I need advice
like how much carbs and calories on low carb day and how much carbs and calories on high carb day
I am planning on doing Chris powell`s turbo cycle
and should I combine intermittent fasting with carb cycling? please advice
and please tell me is there any other process by which I can lose the Fat at a rapid rate?
