advice on how and when to cut

alright Im currently toward the end of my first test e cycle. I have managed to put on about 25 pounds. My starting weight was 157 . Im 5 foot 10 and 28. My problem that I would like some advice on is I have been lifting for 5 or 6 years. I have a good knowledge on how to lift, how to eat and push myself to the limit on a weekly basis. Before My cycle I have been able to get up to similar weights close to where I am at today. Except there would be much more fat gain. even on a completely clean diet eating just above maintenance. and other times 500 cals over maintenance. I have a smaller bone structure and a natural test level lower than the average male my age. I am a naturally anxious individual so in order for me to put on muscle naturally I had to add in practices like meditation and many other supplements and daily rituals. Another words I have crap genetics for building a greek like physique. lol. But its what Ive always wanted for myself and I wont stop until I get there. I want to approach my cut this time with a solid plan different from before. I need to control my cortisol and try to get my natural test as high as possible naturally. does anyone have any advice for me as far as ways to help control cortisol, prevent fat reserve, and muscle loss while cutting calories.. I have never been able to exactly dial in my daily needs for calories because it would depend on my state of being for the week. I have for the first time built some nice muscle and definition, all my major lifts are in the 300's for the first time ever and im feeling good. When this cycles over I hope to shape this into something nice and chisel away to really see my gains. Everytime I try to cut My muslce goes right along with it. im on week 13 of a 14 week test cycle. Im hesitant on stopping without a solid plan. I know i have to continue to bulk through pct but after that I want to cut it up nice. Sorry for the long post. any help would be greatly appeciated

You just finished a steroid cycle and your asking how to cut and when to do it, your actually asking when to cut? .... you cut whenever you want and feel the need to, why are you asking us. lmfao. you started a steroid cycle weighing 157 pounds, and you've been training for 5 years? How do you not even weigh at least 170 pounds after 5 years of lifting at your height. And your one of those guys blaming "genetics" for not being able to build a good physique, that's such bs and an excuse. Are you even serious this post sounds like a joke, you used meditation to build muscle?

When I started this cycle I had just recovered from surgery ive built my self up to 180lbs and attempted to cut down losing most of my muscle along with the fat atleast a half dozen times. No im not blaming genetics for anything. With the hellp of testosterone injections I was able to put on nice solid mass and minimal fat. Im strong and def not one of those people blaming genetics and accepting shit results for it. I was simply stating that Im not one of those guys who had on muscle easily or lose fat without major muscle loss. Although you cant tell me that some people do not have much better genetics than others for building muscle. and typically those with lower natty testosterone levels aren't walking around with tons of muscle on them. And clearly I understand the typical way to cut, I wanted to know if there was anyoone who had good advice on maybe a slow cut or some different approach to protect from muscle losss in a greater eway for those who tend to lose muscle with and before fat...I can eat perfectly clean just above maintenance, lift heavy increasing woirkload and pack on fat at twice the rate that i do muscle. I have logged and tracked my attempts throughout the years as well. Yes I used meditation to lower my stress which in return lowers my coritsol allowing my body to not store as much fat as it would normally and build some muscle. If you think this is B.S theirs quite a few studies these days linking meditation/yoga/etc to lowering cortisol and helping proper hormone production. I think there is a better answer for when to cut. Maybe when you cant add on any more size.. maybe when you start seeing more fat gain than muscle... when your xpounds over your ideal weight. Thats what i was hoping for . Appreciate the help...

You are going to have some ups and Downs and need to face them one at a time. During pct you must keep your calories at least 300 over maintenance, keep your workouts quick but intense. Once you are off pct you will eat at maintenance regardless of how much you want to cut for a few months and avoid overtraining at all cost despite wanting to crush it. When someone wants to cycle it is encouraged to prime before your cycle ( cut really) and one of the benefits is having less fat to deal with post cycle. After being on maintenance at your new weight for a few months .....then begin to cut fat.

Just make sure you give your body time to adjust to its new weight and don't rush your cut. Look into priming before your cycle next go around and you will be in even better shape post cycle.
