Or run a 26 week cycle of foodosterone 250 with some liftabol 50, than come back in 6 months time and tell us how that works out, eat about 1.5grams of protein per lb of Bodyweight, keep your carbs pretty moderate and fats moderate as well, go online and find a macro nutrient calculator and use the split 50% pro, 20%carbs 30%fat (or if your ecto switch the carbs and fat around)

Eat **** loads of carbs, carb loading can pile on mass.
When you eat a shit load of food then come off cycle, then what are you going to do. The thing is, if you can't put on weight naturally meaning with a good diet then steroids won't help. You may gain a couple pounds and a lot of water weight, but you'll lose everything after and you'll be back to square one.. I made that mistake once and a few months after I learned how to diet. I went from 165-201 in 11 months because I learned how to diet properly and that definitely was not 35 pounds of fat, I've put on huge size and a little fat, plus who knows how much water. Anyways I don't want you to make a mistake so I'm only trying to help.
