    how about some T3 during keto diet?

    Hello friends,
    I am doing keto dieting since 5 days and now my body really feels low when I workout
    I dont to workouts of that intensity now. If said correctly I can perform the workout as something is better than nothing.
    actually there is some more problen too... some days I get 2000 cals with only 25-28g carbs in it
    some days I get only 900-1000 cals but I dont let carbs cross 30g daily limit

    I really need to lose weight fast guys
    I am 20% body fat and I want 12% in 3 months and after that I want to do a clean bulk (I have 6 months vacations and I want to use them as much as I can)

    I am thinking of adding some T3 to my daily diet (50-100mcg)
    I also have clen in hand but I really done care much about muscle yet I need to get my skin tight and lose flabbiness from midsection

    please advice me guys which way should I opt for

    Your workouts are going to suffer without carbs.....period! If you are thinking of using t3 keep in mind that the t3 will start eating your muscles as well. Austinite wrote an interesting everything you need to know about t3 thread. Most guys use it on cycle as to not have muscle wasting occur. I think (and please do your research) that you can use it at 25 mcgs a day possibly a Tad more but you need to find that out for certain before you decide especially where you are not on cycle.

    but see my point also... I already dont have hulk type muscles lol
    I am a simple person with average size muscles
    I mean what can a person lose if he dont have anything to lose :P
    I am happy even if I become a skinny guy before starting clean bulk

    in this case what should I do bro?

    You still have muscle as a base ......it's your call. I would only do it on cycle to be on the safe side. Maybe 25 mcgs would be all that you need to reach your goal, you wont know until you experience it....be careful.

    So u have moderate/average muscle base and you want to eat from it?

    During anaerobic workouts the body uses carbohydrates. If you don't have any coming in then your not going to perform well. Keto diets are only really effective for people on cycle. If your not on gear your just gonna dip into your muscle stores and lower your BMR. This in turn will push you further from your goals.

    I think keto diets are more geared towards chicks. Why waste any muscle if it can be avoided no matter what your muscle size is. I believe you get better results losing fat at a slow consistent rate.....but that's just my. 02

    agreed 100% about it.

    cutting carbs will reduce energy lvl which in return will result in lower intensity training.

    and your best tool to maintain muscle mass is keeping intensity up.

    Tkd and CKD are types of Keto diets that can keep the muscle mass and intense workouts to a certain extent ..
    Keto diets are by no means geared towards chicks , if you allow me both to disagree with you..
