actually there is some more problen too... some days I get 2000 cals with only 25-28g carbs in it
some days I get only 900-1000 cals but I dont let carbs cross 30g daily limit

I am 20% body fat and I want 12% in 3 months and after that I want to do a clean bulk (I have 6 months vacations and I want to use them as much as I can)
I am thinking of adding some T3 to my daily diet (50-100mcg)
I also have clen in hand but I really done care much about muscle yet I need to get my skin tight and lose flabbiness from midsection
please advice me guys which way should I opt for
