    i need help

    When i in work time and meals time come i take my eggs white any problem with this or should be eating meat or chiken because ready of eggs white and take with me is very easy

    If it fits into your desired calorie range your fine as khazima said. Is that the last meal before the gym?

    Some time this last meals before gym and some time i eat potatoes or drink coffee before one hour before gym

    And to kahzima u tell me eat more and lose fat
    And every 3 day eat more fats or carbs because i forget
