adex during pct?

Hey i just did my last pin of my first 14 week 600 test e cycle. Ive run .25 adex eod throughout. Should i continue this every other day up to and through my pct? Im planning on doing clomid and possibly nolva. I have both but wanted to run them at slightly lower dosages to avoid the crush in libido from nolva and the shitty sides from clomid.

Do both Clomid and Nolva. It's not a one or the other thing.
If you want to finish this cycle properly you will run both.

he didn't say he wasn't going to run them just that he wanted to run slightly lower doses to avoid sides he did say possibly nolva my bad. Run the nolva op

You could do that but I would bump the Clomid to 50 the first 2 weeks. Are you running hcg during your cycle?

I started hcg a little more than halfway through at 250 iu twice a week

In your experience did nolva crush your libido? And did clomid make you wanna cry like a women on higher doses? I just keep reading at the lower doses these sides may be avoided.

No it didnt crush my libido thats just part of coming off the cycle. Most of the sides from clomid can be avoided by taking the pct meds right before bed

Ok thanks. I read that hcg raises a different kind of e2 that adex doesn't lower or something like that. Would adding in a low dose of prami help combat this?

Your not running enough HCG to worry about that. No, prami will not help this and is not needed.

Run arimidex at least up until pct if not a week in. Remember just because you've stopped injecting doesn't mean the testsoterone already in your system isn't aromatising. We want to keep estrogen down going into PCT as it is supressive.

Make sure you wait at least 14 days from last pin before starting your PCT.

You should be good to go. You can add a 5th or 6th week of SERMS to your PCT just because of it's length, but it's not required.

It sounds like this is your first cycle, so yes PCT sucks but it's part of the game. You'll probably feel pretty shitty, low libido, depression, etc regardless of your dosage of SERMS for the first few weeks. If by the end of PCT you still are feeling crappy, you definitely need some blood work.
