I've got a few questions about carb cycling, I've never used this approach before and I'm interested to give it a go.
Can you carb cycle year round, changing intake of carbs dependant on current stage wether bulking or cutting?
What is recommended in terms of ratios for carbs and is it reccomended to do a low, mod and High day or can you do low, low high days?
What would you reccomend?
I'm 86kg and this is what I've planned for myself, I'm currently doing a lean mass cycle so basically staying lean and gainig lean mass is my goal. My carb intake is high simply because my body reacts better to high carbs and I don't gain much fat.
Day 1: 300, 200, 40
Day 2: 300, 200, 40
Day 3, 575, 200, 40
Or
Day 1: 300, 200, 40
Day 2: 400, 200, 40
Day 3, 575, 200, 40
Carbs, prot, fat.
