As an experiment I started throwing in a couple of yoga classes after my workouts , about twice a week. I was trying to see if I could alleviate some of the stiffness I get after my workouts. After a couple of weeks not only did I lose all the stiffness but my flexibility and range of motion improved way more than I anticipated , which is awesome! Now, the question is , is this in any way detrimental to my lifting ? It has been suggested that to much flexibility and stretching may impact my lifting. I have no idea if there is any truth to this , have not had any adverse affects in the short time I've been doing this. I really don't want to give up yoga, women in yoga pants are a good thing !!...lol
