    Does this happen to everyone?

I am bulking at about 3,500cal/day for 4 months so far, and have gained roughly 10 lbs. It seems as though around 1ce a week, i have a day where i'm not full until i eat around 4.5k-5k?? Always having that empty feeling in my stomach that one day everytime i eat my meals? Yes, i am getting plenty of carbs, fats and protein with my meals. That's not the issue. it's just that once a week this occurs, and i usually eat (clean) until i satisfy my stomach. I am listening to my body, or overdoing it?? It seems to be working, but i'd say over the 4 months that 6-7 lbs of the weight gain has been fat which isn't bad for bulking natural?

Yeah happens to me and my other mate (only person i know who bulks properly), after a while of eating so much your stomach expands and same with eating less it shrinks, which is why when someone hasn't eaten for a while they usually can't eat nearly as much food as they think they will.

Try to limit the excess in calories on those days, an extra 1000 calories once a week can add up pretty quick (about an extra pound of weight every 3-4 weeks). If this is on top of your surplus then it's unnecessary weight gain.
