Hello everyone. I am currently cutting and would like some feedback on my diet. This is a typical day but I do change some protein/carbs around for variety but they equal the same macros.
My TDEE is roughly 3600 cal. I started small and worked my way up to taking away more calories when I felt ready.
My stats:
Height: 6'3
Weight: Currently Waking up at 187 pounds (Before I started cutting I was 215 around the start of October)
Training: 4 days on 1 day off, repeat
Work: Commercial Plumber (Construction)
Meals/Day: 5-7 Meals Per Day
Water: At least One Gallon
