    Second cycle recommendations?

    Finished my first cycle 3 months ago. It was just test cyp 6-700 weekly (3-350 done twice weekly, once in each deltoid).

    My blood levels are all normalized and i am looking at a real second cycle. I want to use supported anabolics as most others do: a stack.

    I am 225-230 pounds, 6 foot, 33 years, and about 15-17% bf.

    My first cycle added about 20 lean pounds to my frame over the course of about 18 weeks (too long I hear, but the first month on cycle was half my cycle dosage mentioned above).

    A few weeks after coming off cycle I started feeling pain in my shoulders and elbows. Pain I hadn't felt on cycle.

    With this in mind, as well as my body size, first cycle dosage, and obvious need to lean out while bulking, what would you guys, and gals, recommend for a second cycle stack?

    It will need to include test cyp as I get that already for my TRT (150-200 weekly on TRT).

    if your not competing or anything I would just do another test cycle

    you don't include your trt dose. What you are talking about is cruising and blasting. It's best to just up your test dose during your blast until gains stop before stacking. More isn't better in this game. You want to make gains with the least amount of compounds letting your nutrition and training generate the gains.

    Can you break that down for me a little more?

    So, right now, off cycle on TRT, I am "cruising"? When ready to cycle again, I should just increase my test dose from 150 weekly to say 600, and then I'm "blasting"? Once gains stop from this, I then stack?

    If what i said is right, I'm sure there is some manner of time limit for blasting and stacking due to health risks?

    225, 6', 16% bf, bench 320, squat 405, dead 465.

    correct you just adjust your trt dose to a blast. You treat the blast just like a cycle you blast for 10-12 weeks and then just drop back to your trt dose to let your body recover from the blast

    Hey Bio-Active,

    What's a good rule of thumb for determining the dosage to blast on?

    I just finished 12 weeks off cycle and am ready to start my second.

    The first blast was a bit mixed up. I was on a regular TRT protocol of 200 weekly for 10 weeks, I then increased it to 300 for 10 days before stopping cold turkey for 3 weeks for a blood test from my employer. I then returned to 300 for 3 weeks, then upped to 500 for a total of 10 weeks before starting my off cycle at 200 weekly TRT dosage.

    I am currently at 150 weekly as my current provider wants me more toward middle range than upper.

    Looking back at my confusing first blast, it seemed to have really lasted no more than 10 weeks as the lower dosage increase wasn't much of a rise.

    With this history in mind, would you agree I took enough time off cycle to start my second blast? The dark side is calling me lol

    Also, how does one determine a good blast dosage?
