I know what it stands for but what is the function/benefit? They have no informative stickies on their forum. I ask here because I'm curious of how it could be used in HRT. I'm not looking to do it just curious.

Thanks I found that but no stickies really explaining anything. That's like someone coming here and trying to learn the basics and trying to sift through threads on e2, deca, and prolactin levels trying to learn.

Yeah true. Best thing to do is an advanced search with key work sarms in the title only. It gives more info. From what I gather it was the new big thing a few years ago but its not working out as advertised. Go figure

Most everyone who have tried it got some good strength gains but also bad sides.

A simple way I would put it is they are between a peptite and pro hormone.
