Feeling really crap, out of breath and HR through the roof

    Hey Guys,

I'm on my first cycle, on 8th week and it hit me real hard, (test 500, deca 300)

past couple of days it just keeps getting worse, I've gained about 12kg and i'm out of breath, occasional headaches and today I feel real cold but yet I'm sweating like it's summer...

Oh and I haven't been able to gain any weight in the past 2 weeks, the only difference is that i stopped Dbol 30mg/d 2 weeks ago..

What could be the problem? right now i feel like ending it and start with the PCT

Yep. Kind of late now for OP though. 8 weeks in /

Personally, if I had shortness of breath while doing normal everyday activities on ANY cycle I would stop immediately, get extensive bloodwork asap and see exactly where my problems were.

Something is causing it. Stop the cycle and start pct.

Those aren't even high dosages (IMO I realize it's relative). Did you get blood tests within 6 months prior to your cycle to establish baselines? If not, I'll be nice and not tell you how irresponsible that is in great detail, you have nothing to compare the blood tests you're about to get with. In that case you'll just have to go from here with your health.
I get blood tests every 6 months, more often around a cycle.

Health is far more important than being big. Worms don't care how big you were when you were alive. They just thank you for the supersized meal

i did do the bloodwork before and everything was on healthy levels(except BP was a bit high).. started PCT and cardio (i suspected lack of cardio could cause this!?) age 23(almost 24) weight (69kg->81kg) height 183.. Bodyfat is around 9-10%

As of AI i'm taking Arimidex 0.5mg eod

thanks for the advice guys.. will book the bloodwork first thing on monday

It's true. No drama. I could have mentioned maggots and carrion beetles but I got the point across without doing so... that I thought, was too dramatic.

Isit true that not aspirating and putting the gear in with your blood stream can cause this?

    You think?

I still can't prove or figure this out myself

I have only experienced "the cough" when injecting ace

Sounds like you need to lose some blood and use an AI. Too much blood volume/viscosity and water retention will cause that.

What's up with the elevated BP at 23 years old and 9-10% body fat? Think it's a one-off?

Dude, stop this cycle and go get checked out. High bp, shortness of breath, fatigue easily, these are not things a man.of 24 should have a problem with.

What do you mean by one-off? Like a one off bad bp reading that wad skewed for some reason? He actually never stated his bp figures come to think.of it. Just shortness of breath and slightly elevated bp but not actual numbers.

What is your actual BP reading berk and did you get your blood test results yet?

I have a bp and hr monitor and a glucose tester. I wouldn't assume everyone does. I'm constantly amazed by how little many people think about things like lipid profile, bp and other basic vitals, glucose levels, resting pulse rate, etc. Very easy to monitor those things at home inexpensively but I don't know many non-lifters who do.

Yes, JavaMan, I meant if it a bad result from white coat syndrome, rushing to get to a doctor's appointment late, etc. as opposed to having consistently mildly elevated BP or pre-hypertension. I think that's worth knowing.

He should me taking it morning, afternoon if possible or early evening, and before bed daily, logging each reading in an excel spreadsheet, and getting a graphed output of the daily 3 point avg over time.

Doesn't everyone do that or just geek computer programmers?
