How much AI needed?

Ok guys, I'm on TRT. however, I blast & cruise occasionally. Well, I'm currently blasting (I guess), I'm taking 600mg a week of Test Cyp (I pin 300mg twice a week, every 3rd or 4th day). I know E2 levels vary from person to person, I understand that....But generally, on average, how much AI would someone need when taking 600mg of Test Cyp? I do have Anastrolzole (generic Arimidex) 1mg tablets on hand. I'm currently taking 1/4 of a 1mg tablet every 4 days. I can't tell if it's enough or not. Can anyone offer any experience or advise?

Odds are it's not enough AI for your dose. Blood work is something you really need to consider during a cycle. It's the best way to learn what works and doesn't work, for you. There are private labs available for this. Average dose for a 500mg test cycle would be .25 mgs EOD.
