Many of you here are clients of ours, in fact, a substantial number of you are. With that in mind, I'd like your honest opinions. There are no wrong answers.

1. What are your thoughts on our program?
2. Is there something missing you would like to see added?
3. Has your doctor treated you poorly and if so, how?
4. Do you consider the cost a good value?
5.

Please refrain from saying things like "I'd like to see Nandrolone as part of the plan" that's not TRT and a different issue. Or I'd like to see HGH covered by the plan." That's impossible based on the cost of the plan. However, in the future we may (I know we will) progress into full HRT as well as for women, but LowT is the only focus today.

And past clients who are no longer with us, please feel free to voice your opinions even if they are negative ones. You will not be bashed by anyone at LowT for those opinions. If anything, I'd like to see if we can rectify such situations when and where possible.

I think LowT.com runs a very solid program for anyone from your newbie to your experienced TRT patient. Travel reimbursement is a nice bonus too. Also the fact that EVERYTHING needed for treatment arrives at your doorstep within just a few days.

It would be nice to have hgh therapy as an "add on" for those who could benefit from it, at an additional cost of course.

My doctor is very helpful and prompt at returning calls/messages and seems to know his stuff as I'm perfectly dialed in and it only took 4-5 months.

Cost is fair in my opinion since EVERYTHING is included in the program with no hidden fees. It's also worth a few extra bucks to get proper testosterone replacement therapy.

Overall I'm very happy with their services. Getting started was easy and every other aspect has been completely hassle free. Customer service reps are very polite and helpful, and they don't make me feel like I'm using some shady clinic...which was a huge selling point for me.

My only issue, and it's not a big one at all, is that my doctor isn't necessarily in tune with the finer details of TRT. I wasn't expecting much, simply because TRT is only a small portion of what he does at his practice, but sometimes I wish he'd be a little more "into it".

In the grand scheme of things, it's a non-issue. I was so miserable before TRT, and the other doctors that I saw kept telling me that my numbers were normal even though they barely broke the bottom of the reference ranges.

ANY doctor who would have been willing to treat me would have been good enough for me. My LowT doctor is a nice guy and he acknowledged that my hormone levels sucked. That was an incredibly good feeling to finally have somebody validate my concerns. But I read stories from other clients who have much closer/more detailed relationships with their doctors, and I'm a little envious.

I am very pleased with LowT. I've been with them almost 2 years now. Very affordable plan and program. Solid results and good customer service. I highly recommend this company!

I have been pretty happy with the company. I've been a client for 15 months now & anybody I've ever spoke with on the phone has been nothing but helpful! Superb prompt service & set up to work easy for the client. I did have an issue where my prescription would not get refilled after requesting the refill & attempting to message my LowT physician with nothing getting resolved till about 2 weeks after a first requested it. I was discouraged but I'm over it now, lol! Shouldn't have happened though!

Staff is very knowledgeable aswell, it's nice to get quick answers if you need them. I'm also not too happy about not having the Sacramento Doc either, hope it's a priority to get another Doc here.

Overall I'm real happy with you guys...just a couple things that got me disappointed, but bugs always need to be worked out of newer businesses. I know & can relate as we run our own business aswell.

Other thing is I'll be trying a restart soon as I don't think ever really needed TRT. It seemed like the answer before but after being dialed in for a while now, In general I simply don't recognize feeling any greater than I did so I can't see payin 200 a month for little to no improvement.

The issue with adding HGH, there are a few issues:

1. The cost - most are shocked when they find out the cost of HGH therapy, which averages in the U.S. to be around $1,000 per month. You can get better deals at times but every smidgen of an increase in dose increases the cost dramatically.

2. The laws in each state regarding HGH are very different. While they can vary with testosterone as well, they are at least somewhat more uniformed.

3. Because the cost of HGH is so high, for us to add it on as part of the program it would have to be cost effective for us. As much as it pains some to accept, LowT is a business and cannot survive unless it approaches it like a business. (I'm not implying you think this way Lifted1) But you'd be surprised how many people use the service knowing the price before hand and still complain about the cost as is now. Can you imagine if HGH were added?

4. We have considered several times on adding Sermorelin to the program as an option. Unfortunately that hasn't worked out yet but it will in time.

All of that said, some of the physicians we work with do prescribe HGH and/or Sermorelin. You can talk to your physician about this. Any cost will be between you and the physician and outside the LowT program, and as such it will not be discounted. However, we can provide any blood testing you might need for said treatment at a very discounted rate should you choose.

All the various doctors have varying levels of experience. We are continuously adding new doctors and always try to replace doctors that aren't a good fit. Sometimes this process can be slow but it is something we work on continuously.

Sacramento - if you see the above reply, some physicians simply end up not being a good fit at times while others end up being a better fit than we hoped. It's a hard thing to predict when you first bring on a doctor. We try our best to bring on good ones but at times some will slip through that shouldn't have, but when this happens we replace them.
As for a Sacramento location, as a business we have to gauge each area based on response, not simply on how many are signing up for the program but how many are calling. That particular area has had a lot of ups and downs in that regard. It's not the worst area but it's not the best either. We have recently added a San Francisco doctor, a much better area for us as a business and only about 90min from the Sacramento location. And yes, we will add another Sacramento physician in time.

Restarting - that can be very hit or miss. Age will be an important thing to consider. If you're over 40, I'd almost guarantee it won't work. If you're over 30 the odds are very slim. If you're in your early to mid-20's, I'd say it's a 50/50 shot. And these odds are based on being secondary. If you're primary, it's not going to work.

As for how you feel, and this is an issue that gets a lot of guys down. The point of TRT - you have symptoms of low testosterone, you start TRT and in time the symptoms go away. That's it, that's the point. There isn't something beyond this to be achieved. A lot of guys miss this and expect something much greater. When they do, they stop TRT, symptoms return and we end up having them as clients again. As we've been around a little while now we're starting to see this more and more.

Just a bit of advice, don't get too caught up in the doctor's title. Some of the absolute worst TRT doctors I've ever come across have been endos. In fact, it happens far more often than you might think.

Good words LowT! I hear Ya on the restarting...I just simply feel it's something that I need to do, or attempt, lol. My symptoms aren't horrible, but I honestly think it's a Thyroid thing/issue...more to it but I don't want to flood this thread with "my issues" . My Hemoticrit is getting high aswell & I donate every 2-3 months.

Anyhow, you guys have a good thing going & I'm glad that when I took the TRT plunge, I signed on with you guys! Keep up the hard work. I'll be calling to go over my issue soon

Just finished with a clinic in Houston and am kind of concerned. I was prescribed 200mgs of test a week plus HCG and no AI. My test is very low (281 on a scale from 350-1100) as was my E2 (8.8 on a scale from 8-70) so she's trying to get my estrogen up too. But, I've been down the TRT rabbit hole before and that's a lot of testosterone (along with HCG) and no AI... She told me to use DIM, zinc and copper to control the estrogen...

You'll have blood work again in a few weeks. This will show how much you're converting to estrogen. At that point an AI will be added if needed. There's no point in adding an AI when your E2 is low. Even if you are now taking testosterone, how much you'll aromatize and how much AI you'll need would be a shot in the dark. You did mention you've been down the rabbit hole before, but it's important to remember that things very well may not work exactly like they did last time...our body changes over time. And yes, that particular supplement protocol will lower E2 quite a few points in most men, so an AI may not be needed. Personally, I would never take an AI unless my E2 was over 50 pg/ml, I'd go with zinc first and try to drop it...you can often drop it 10-20 points this way. But if you do need an AI she will RX it.
