Firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong place, feel free to re-locate as appropriate.
I have ordered some EPI from Pharma Labs and my planned course is 4 weeks at 20/30/30/30. I know the sides are considered very low but I have Flaxseed and Milk Thistle to go alongside it just in case.
Does anybody have a recommendation on which PCT I should be using, especially to maintain mass after?
I've never supplemented before so thought EPI was a good place to start but I want to get it right.
