The ussual protocol its 100mcg of mod grf (1-29) plus 100mcg of any of the GHRP2/GHRP6/Ipamorelin, 3 times per day, with empty stomach (3 hours from last meal), and need to wait 30 minutes to eat carbs or fats (better not to eat anything I would say as most stuff has small amounts of both). So, 1st pin on wake up, 2nd after training (if bulking, before if cutting) and 3rd pin before bed.
Myself dont take it 3 times a day, Im not that organized and vials need to be refrigerated and im not home during day, etc. I take either morning or before bed and after training, or when I want to spike my appetite lol. Some days I might only pin one time cause of work or stress. Been running it since Sept, you should cycle GHRPs, but can take mod grf 1-29 without stopping. I've stopped for 3 weeks before this cycle.
