Every other cycle I've rotated glute and quads. This time, I started my first two pins in the delt. The issue I have is that I don't feel a 2nd pinch. I assume I would once I hit muscle. I went to a shorter needle this time. 5/8 for delts. This is bad and I'm just shooting into my fat, right? I'm not that fat though. I want to think back to my flu shots and I don't remember a 2nd pinch with those either but they probably stuck it in much faster than I'm doing mine.
The needle slides in so easily in my delts. I should have done this spot the first cycle. Quads were really bad but I did those the most.
