I heard that between 8-10 weeks will be ok...but If it is; then I should take a break time on between and for how long
is that breaktime? in order for me to go right back IN?

time on plus pct equals time off. That's a general rule we use. Running labs is the only real way to know if you have recovered or not

Just run Sus250 like you would run Test E. There are short esters in there but not too much. Personally, I like a straight Test E cycle over Sus250.
