    Dieting advise needed

I started dieting 6 weeks ago continued weight training 3 times week plus 1-2 5km runs per week. Couple of days ago I've started the insanity program. My bfp was 28%. I've not managed to bring it down to approx 23%. My goal is 15%. I've dropped calorie intake by 500cals per day, aiming at macro nutrition ratio 45,35,20 (c,p,f) in reality I'm averaging 40,30,30. I started at 16 stone 3 am now down to 14st 6, in 7 weeks. Is there any tips any one can give me as weight loss has slowed right down to virtually constant.

To get in shape, you need to eat less calories. Be that as it may that doesn't essentially mean you need to eat less nourishment. You can top off while on an eating regimen, the length of you pick your nourishments astutely.
