pinning every 3.5 days and splitting the dose will keep blood levels more stable resulting in less sides

The twice a week injection is ment to keep the T levels at a more constant level because of the time release ester your T levels eventually peak and start to decrease if you injet twice a week when your levels start to decrease after first inject the second kicks in and keeps the levels from fluctuating. this is what I understand anyway I could be wrong

Definitely. I would always run an AI. Even if your not gyno prone you keep the estrogen down that means you keep the water down as well as your blood pressure

yes either aromasin at 12.5 mg ed or adex at .25 mg eod and adjust from there if needed

I prefer pinning once a week over twice a week. Stable blood levels are overrated for most people from what I've seen. Many of Those who've tried both injection frequencies prefer the once a week route.

Yes some do but OP asked if he could get similar results with pinning once a week and the answer is yes. For myself personally it's a no brainier and I'll be pinning once a week for long esters from here on out.

I think if that works for you that's fine. You have more experience then the op. For any new person inquiring I suggest pinning 2 times ew as for many it's easier to manage the estrogen as well
