    Question Mag-10 dosage and duration?

    I just got 2 bottles of Mag-10 in the mail, which is 28 servings. I think i'll start the cycle of it monday. I was wondering if I should take it twice a day for 2 weeks or once a day for a month? Anyone with experience in this, I would really appreciate a response so i dont blow $100!

    Should I stop taking Hydroxycut during this cycle? I have about half a bottle of Tribex for post-cycle.

    I took it once a day for 4 weeks. I like to take it an hour before workout. I also take Clenbutrx by VPX a half hour before workout for added energy boost. Clenbutrx is the equivelent to your Hydroxycut only much better. I used Ergopharms 6oxo for post cycle. I made some good strength gains.
