Is it safe to use Bac-Water past it's exp date if it's been refrigerated?

I have a half full 30 ml vial of bacteriostatic water, the kind with a rubber bung, that's been in my refrigerator for a year and it expired in December. I just got some HCG for the first time in 9 months, due to the crackdown on all the sites, [but that's another story…] and I wanted to know if it's safe to use or will it ruin the HCG… or worse? I'd rather not wait another week or two for new Bac-water, but I don't want to waste a new vial of HCG either.
