I would have your maintenance cals around 2,000. To lose weight, you need to eat at least 200-500cals under that.
50/30/20, 40/40/20, 40/30/30, try one for about 3-4 weeks and see what happens
How many times do you plan on training each week?
Thanks for the feedback and am training 4 times a week and yeah il give 1 of them ago for 4 week hopefully lose some bf
