    sustained energy supplement advice

Hey guys, I was wondering any supplements which have helped with consistently higher levels of energy. Not talking about pre-workout/caffeine/ephedrine or anything like that. Also any sleep / diet tricks which have helped you?

Little about myself: 26, I am going back to school fulltime and run a small business. Keeps me occupied from around 8am - 8pm and I am lucky enough to take a gym break around 12pm-3, 5 days a week. My workout revolves around powerlifting with squat/dead/bench and variations and switches every 4 weeks. It is designed by a oly lifting trainer which also helps me with form on the lifts (although I have been doing for some time).

Diet is pretty on point. Eat oatmeal and a protein shake / eggs each morning with an expresso. Lunch is almost always fish / salad with fruit. Have a "linner" which is a protein smoothie / nuts / bar. Dinner is a protein with sweet potato or pasta usually and a salad. If I am still hungry I'll have a clean snack up to 1 hour to bedtime.

I grew up until midway through I was 25 which might be why I was so tired with the workout and work load?

    Any advice appreciated!

A multi vitamin and B complex might help you out. If your real tired and not getting about 7-8 hours of sleep your probably not fueling enough. Play with your macros. You may need a bit more fat or carbs. Hell I feel sluggish if I don't get enough protein.

I take 4 multi's a day with food. No B vitamin supplementing but checked the vitamins I take and they have a high amount of each type. I can't operate on 7-8 hours need more like 9-10 or 8 hours at night then a nap haha
