Hey Bros. I'm about to do my first cycle. I want to make sure I'm not forgetting anything or about to mess up. Please take a look at my plan and give feedback as far as how to get the most out of this cycle and do it SAFLEY! Thanks ahead of time.
10 week cycle of test-e only
Week 1-10: 500 mg a week (250 twice a week)
Week 1-10: arimidex .50 every other day
PCT:
I'll start nolvadex 2 weeks after my last inj.
Week 1: 40mg everyday
Week 2: 30 mg everyday
Week3-4 : 20mg everyday
Also in weeks 1-4: DAA 3000 mg everyday
Week 5-6: arimidex .25 every other day to make sure there is no rebound of estrogen.
My main concerns are if the e-blockers I plan to use are correct and if I need anything else.
