The site sponsor (banner on the right side of the page) has doctors in L.A. The price is slightly higher than than what you want to pay, but IMO it's worth it to have quality healthcare.
I don't know anything about other clinics in your area, but I'd imagine that it would be very tough to find one charging less than the site sponsor.
