    Hematocrit update

    For all of you with elevated hematocrit; I just had my 6 month blood work and brought mine from 54 to 48 by making sure I'm always well hydrated and whole blood donations every 60 days. This was based solely on the advice from the vets on this site so, at least for me, it really works. Plus, it feels good giving blood to my local children's hospital. Thanks guys, this is a great resource, which seems to be more knowledgeable than most Docs.
