    Help! Shitting problems...

    Hello! Basically for about the past month or so now I've been having a few toilet problems. I shit a lot. I know that on bulking diets we are going to be upping our toilet visits, but this to me does not seem normal, even on a bulking diet. I wake up in the morning and in the space of an hour I go to the toilet about 3 times. I take about 3 solid healthy looking shits. Then at some point between 5- 10 pm I then get that twisting sensation in my gut (almost like when we have the shits) I rush to the toilet and spray out a mixture of vegetables and what looks like curry sauce (no joke.) I remain sat on the toilet for a good 5-10 mins, stomach still uncomfortable and spraying out the remainders or what my body feels like it wants to exile but struggles to. This may happen once or twice in the late noon/ evening. After I have crapped, my stomach feels fine.

    My diet varies from day to day but generally consists of the same foods. It's just on days when I can afford to I'll get more top shelf bits of meat like fillet steaks and other nice clean red meats that I am so much of a fan of. But here is an average days diet for me at the moment.

    7-8 am a tin of tuna.
    9 am 5 whole raw eggs, blended with 200 g of oats, 300 ml of whole milk and a banana.
    11am-12pm 2 tins of tuna, 150 g of brown rice (uncooked weight) and a big serving of green veg.
    (Gym!)
    Whey shake with almond milk
    230-3pm chicken breast, sweet potato and green veg.
    I then repeat that same meal 2 more times, just with less potato and try to varie the meat, what ever is available, salmon, mince meat etc... Once at 5-6pm and again around 8pm.
    I then snack a bit in the evening before I sleep on nuts, meat or what ever I can get.

    I average between about 3500 4500 calories a day, depending on what I am doing etc...

    Some one help me!? It's horrible going out with friends, especially girls because the moment will come when I need to dash off to the toilet. In public I find it awkward as he'll using the public. Shitters and sounding like I'm slaughtering a badger with folks waiting outside. And if I'm round a house it ****ing stinks, I don't mind if I'm just with guys but again, around girls is a spot humiliating.
    Please help!!!

    Are you taking anything? Steroids/vitamins/supplements besides whey.

    It could be a lot of things but i'd start with the process of elimination, start by eating less sweet potato. Too much vitamin A may be contributing to that (may want to do more research). Also the whole milk/whey. You could be lactose intolerant. Try cooking the eggs.

    Anything that may lead to gastric issues, either alter it or remove it from your diet, give it a few days and try something else.

    I take a multi vitamin every day, I also have flax seed and fish oil caps 3 times a day. I'm also currently mid way through a ten week sust and deca stack at 250mg of each a week.
    Yeah the research of foods that lead to gas issues sounds like a good call! Thanks

    liquid egg whites rip my stomach to shreds and i can clear out an office in no time!!!

    My water intake is about 3 litres a day. I don't really measure orbit I know I drink a lot. At least a pint an hour. That's interesting about the eggs. I'll try cooking them. I just find it so convenient necking them raw.

    Na mate I've heard about that one. Staying clear!! I don't take any pre work outs or weight gainers or even creatine or anything. Just whole foods, multi vit, fish oils and a bit of whey strait after workouts. I feel like a lot of supplements are a waste of money.

    I'm currently on test e deca run and I can shit anything from 2-3 times a day same rough food source but generally spray several hrs after my Adex hit

    try to eat more fiber and drink less protein shakes, they can stop you up

    There's your mistake: raw eggs with oats... It's ALWAYS a disaster for me. Especially raw eggs. Go 3 days without and watch your shitting life improve

    Bro I get the exact same thing. It be the eggs and oats. I have 200ml liquid egg whites, 2 raw eggs and 150g oats. Soon as I drink it I shit straight away. A protein and oat shake in day. Couple more meals. Then in arvo. Shit like watery mess. Then chronic gas all arvo til night time. Nearly killed my misses once, my gas was that bad haha.

    Ahahaha fuuuuck!!! Yeh mate I think after another week of trial and error I've figured it out. It's the raw eggs and oats. Going to try porridge and boil the eggs. Nice one!

    Ok. I have very little poo. I go whole week with no poo. The only time I poo is when I over eat like yesterday was a cheat meal. I am on 800 cal daily. Even when I was between 1000 - 1200 calories I poo once every 5 - 6 days. I started taking fiber supplements and seems to just cause gas but no poo.

    Clearly my diet is very little in comparison so expect less poo then 9 times a day but I would be ecstatic with one turd daily.

    Since you jbonza and others have had success with raw eggs and oats I am wondering if I should do this to help things along everyday. I never drank raw eggs or raw egg whites and not sure I am up to the challenge.

    Did u drink raw egg whites?

    When you cooked the eggs or egg whites did you still have a lot of daily poos?
    Since I am on a cutting diet how little can I eat and still achieve poo?

    I am serious. No poo is as bad as too much poo.

    maybe all the fiber is causing you to be backed up?

    raw egg whites will def get things moving and smelling

    since fasting, i only poop about once, maybe twice a day. when i ate a bunch of meals a day, i pooped prob 3-5 times a day.

    Which kind? The main ones available are psyllium husk or inulin based. Psyllium husk tends to get things moving but inulin (a prebiotic) seems to cause gas.

    I'm going to try and relate, but 800 calories a day is far lower than my experience other than total fasting. 800 isn't going to create much bulk. I find frequency is far less on low carb than moderate carb even though I tend to emphasize vegetables on low carb. If I start thinking there is a problem that I start taking psyllium husk it might still take 2 days at 3x5g a day before anything happens. Contrasting this to a bulk and going multiple times a day.

    Also with psyllium make sure you get lots of water with it, it absorbs water like crazy (this is also why it works as a bulking laxative).

    I am on low carb diet too. Maybe I need to take the psyllium more then once daily. Let me try that. Thx!!!

    Why the hell are you eating raw eggs? First off salmonella, i know its rare but y risk it. Also the bioavailabilty of a raw egg is inferior to that of a cooked egg.

    You can drink egg whites out of the carton, they are safe. I do agree with you, I wouldn't risk salmonella from drinking egg whites from the egg itself.

    I've heard that you can drink egg whites from the carton but I just can't get past them being very similiar to snots lol.
