Hi, after doing extensive research over several websites, it think I'm starting to understand how to properly execute a first cycle (especially thanks to austinite!). Here are my stats and what I'm considering.

- 170lbs
- ~11-12% body fat
- I've been training for 4 years
- No known medical conditions
-I was 186 on January 1, been cycling clenbuterol for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. My diet has been very good so far this year, I'm weighing and tracking everything. Protein at 250g, Carbohydrates at 150g, Fats at 90g. I have also been carb cycling/refeeding 1 day per week. My goal is to lean out for summer.

Week 1 to 10: Test Cypionate at 500mg per week. (250mg twice weekly)
Week 1 to 10: Equipoise at 300mg per week. (150mg twice weekly)
Week 1 to 10: hCG at 500iu per week (250iu twice weekly)
Week 1 to 12: Adex at 0.25mg every other day
Week 1 through (10? or 16?) N-Acetyl Cysteine at 600mg daily
(I have extra nolvadex on hand if gyno occurs)
Week 13-16 Clomid at 75/50/50/50
Week 13-16 Nolvadex at 40/20/20/20
Was also considering running in weeks 9+10, 13+14:
T3 at 50mcg daily
Clenbuterol at 100mcg daily
One of my close friends is trying to help me along, but doesn't seem very knowledgable. He recommend milk thistle instead of NAC, only recommended nolvadex for PCT, and had never even heard of hCG. I appreciate the help and look forward to hearing back from you!
