Can you guys please critique my diet plan? I'm eating this currently and can easily tweak it now that I'm trying to set some firm goals.

I'm 34, 5'10" and 171 lbs. BF BodPod'd last week at 18.7%, which puts my lean mass at 139 lbs. My goal is to gain lean mass while slowly cutting body fat to 15%. Training is dialed in - 5-6x per week and hitting both weight training and cardio goals. TDEE calculated at 2,087 calories (139x15), which seems low, but I'm on the light side weight-wise now (I was 15 lbs heavier this time last year and my body fat was a shade higher than 23%)
