never heard of anavar helping out. copy and paste the article so that we can review.
get in the diet/nutrition section, we can help you out with your nutrition/diet!
Well i read that insulin resistance is ur body not being sensitive on insulin. And read that anavar increases insulin sensitivity so i put two and two together
Your diet is causing you to be insulin resistant. Changing your diet will sort it out. Nothing will sort it out without changing your diet.
Look at paleo diet. You need to restrict your carb intake. Veggies only. Little fruit. Increase your healthy fats.Originally Posted by ilze uys

Need to change body to fat burning and do this by restricting carb intake. It only takes a few weeks of strict eating to change from carb to fat burning but will only last as long as your diet remains low carb.
Ok. Im a bit lost on this site. Can someone post me a link on a low carb diet please.or low carb foods list
Just do a Google search. You will get thousands of options.
All steroids increase insulin sensitivity. But yeah, the first thing to do is fix your diet.
A clean, carb cycling diet will help with this as well. Also the supplement Gynemma Sylvestre works to improve this.
Would metaformin b useful?
