Okay so apart from training and nutrition.. What supplements do you suggest.
I found Austantinites post rather interesting. Chromium Picolinate, Synephrine and EGCG was suggested. I found the research behind it very convincing and am thinking of giving it a go.
I read a bit about Clen but I wanted to read people's experiences on it.
Ideally I want a reply from someone who has tried both Clen and the 3 supps I mentioned above. Can someone report their results and thoughts on these.
