I would take it first thing in the AM so as to avoid sleeplessness and to wake you if you're not a morning or coffee person.
While it is viable to take it just before cardio it is not preferred. Both substances increase your heart rate and so does your cardio. I would not want to cause unnecessary strain on my heart. I've been on many scenes due to this very same incident causing heart problems.

Yes, it's called starting with a lower dosage to judge tolerance and not being stupid about your cardio. Unless you are doing circuit training or HIIT cardio, dosing before will increase lypolysis and not kill you. I do 3 20-30 min sessions on a bike a week, along with my training. Start with 100 mg of caffeine and 12.5 mg ephedrine (1 primatene tablet) and take it easy. Build up tolerance slowly, and do some research on ec stacks.
I agree......25 mgs of eph is very doable. I never go over that amount in an Eca stack and do believe in cycling it in two week increments.Originally Posted by ALIN
25mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine, and a baby Asprin in 81mg is a good ECA stack. You can take a max of 3 of these a day.
