Anyone have problems viewing pictures on the app? Every time I try to open a pic a little black box appears in the top middle of the screen and nothing else.

I'm probably less than 50/50, even at work but I think they block a lot of things. At home I see pretty much 100% but I rarely use my home computer anymore.
