Skin caliper or BMI calculator for accuracy?

Aside from a body scan, which fat calculators may be more accurate between skin caliper and a digital body fat calculator?

I think a caliper 9 point test is more accurate. Just my .02

The mirror......and the special k pinch. After a bulk and you have gained some bad weight and your pants are too tight guess what ....your fat now and need to get that bf down. Cardio and a calorie def it hard to you are what you want to see ....at that point does a number matter if you are happy? I think tracking a starting point and finish point is great for curiosity but being a slave to any fat measuring tool is senseless. I like the fat calipers personally but it's the only thing I have used.

I agree, I've never been big into knowing my BF. The mirror has been enough of a gauge to know where i'm at or where i'd like to be. I'm in the process of building knowledge going into my first cycle and i've decided to dial in my diet more precisely. Knowing my BF will allow me to figure my lean body mass, making macro nutrient breakdown easier. Counting calories or carbs and fats has never been my thing, but I figure I should do this 100%.

That is a wise approach and I don't mean to discourage you. Going into a bulk you are smart to know where you are at percentage wise and know what you like at a given bf.
