i'll admit right away that i stole (basically verbatim) the carb cycling diet posted on the main page. for 4 weeks now i have been knocking down cans of green beans like its going out of style. but why, the data on the can is basically "zero, to no, "anything" ...... sodium is the highest number. whats the need for all these green beans? dont get me wrong, im not complaining (yet anyway) as they are a nice addition to chicken breast vs. chicken breast alone, im just curious
