    Should i cut my protein intake in half?

    i think i just calculated that i should ingest about 150 grams of protein per day (200 lbs) and im over twice that amount lately.

    iv attached a photo of my diet...

    should i cut my protein intake in half? (by eating half as much chicken breast?)

    You could definitely take 100g off if you're eating 300g at 200lb, but i wouldn't go as far as 150g although it would probably be fine given you still eat the same amount of calories by eating more carbs/fats.
