The knowledge here are not really tiptop. So kinda need some clarification.
1) Do i still have to take winstrol/ Dbol even on rest day?
2) I am doing fine with 10mg winstrol, but the guys say 20mg is the right dose. Tempting...but dont want to push it if i am getting it in with 10mg...some say 10mg is underdosed.
3)When should i be taking these...local here are telling me on empty stomach, early morning, prior to workout, after a workout. Help!?
