I've gotten sick and im 4 weeks in to a test only cycle. I thought it was allergies & then it was a bad head cold, now it has turned into a sinus & deep chest cold.
I sucked it up & hit the gym yesterday & still pinned normally. Today is my leg day and I'm wondering since it's now a chest & sinus issue should I man up & do this shit or should I let this subside? If it weren't for the crappy shit in my chest & sinus' I'd feel fine. So i feel I can hit the gym still as tho I'm not sick.
Biggest question is should I keep pinning my prop ed? I'm not sure of how tough it is on my immune system ..
